METAR - The FAA Aeronautical Information Manual defines METAR as an "Aviation Routine Weather Report."
METAR reports generally contain current temperature, dew point, wind speed & direction, precipitation, cloud cover & height, visibility and barometric pressure data. METARs can also include more detailed information such as amount of precipitation, lightning info and other relevant data such as Pilot Reports (PIREPS).
TAF - Terminal Aerodrome Forecast reports complement METARs in that they offer Forecast information to the METARs Current condition information.
Input your airport data below to find current and forecast weather information for your area.
